The Focus Nature-Friendly Leadership Program invites young adults who seek to develop their leadership skills with a focus on sustainability to embark on a 9-month journey of learning and transformation. The program combines experiential learning in nature with workshops, field visits, and individual projects. Offered with full scholarship support, it aims to nurture leaders who take initiative, inspire others, and lead change within a community committed to ecological values.
Who Should Apply?
The Focus Nature-Friendly Leadership Program is designed for university students — with a particular focus on undergraduate students — who:
-
Are passionate about nature and eager to explore how to live in harmony with it,
-
Are motivated to become change agents, decision-makers, and sustainability leaders working to heal the planet,
-
Are ready to take action and develop the skills necessary to lead in the face of today’s ecological and social challenges,
-
Intend to engage with sustainability and environmental issues in their future careers, either directly or indirectly.
We are looking for dedicated and qualified candidates who:
-
Reside in Istanbul,
-
Have a sufficient level of English to read and comprehend materials,
-
Are capable of contributing to both academic and non-academic work,
-
Are truly committed to investing the time, energy, and care this journey requires.

Who Should Apply?
This is not an introductory program, nor a casual nature experience.
It is a comprehensive and intensive 9-month journey that requires your full engagement — typically involving one or two weekends each month, along with individual and group assignments, responsibilities, and consistent commitment.
Participants are expected to show up with sincerity, energy, and the willingness to grow through challenge and collaboration.
The program marks not an end, but a point of departure for continued engagement and impact.
Graduates are encouraged to stay actively engaged through our alumni network and continue contributing to the foundation’s mission and the broader movement for sustainability.
